New Delhi, Sept. 8 -- Responding to reports that female employees at the Eiffel Tower were asked to avoid certain areas during a visit by a delegation from the Bochasanwasi Akshar Purushottam Swaminarayan Sanstha (BAPS), the Ministry of External Affairs on Tuesday stated that the issue is a matter "purely between the entities involved."

Addressing queries regarding the incident during a press briefing, following a brief walkout by protesting Eiffel Tower staff, MEA Spokesperson Randhir Jaiswal said, "We are aware of the opening of a temple by the BAPS Sanstha in the Paris area. As to the particular issue pertaining to the Tower, this is a matter purely between the entities concerned."
