New Delhi, Sept. 3 -- MEA Secretary (West) Sibi George clarified on Thursday that India and Belgium have reaffirmed their commitment to dialogue and diplomatic engagement to achieve lasting peace in conflict-ridden regions, including Ukraine and West Asia.
