Mumbai, April 2 -- In a significant step towards reinforcing Maharashtra's position as a global sporting destination, a strategic initiative was undertaken under the leadership of Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to advance the development of a world-class cricket stadium in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR).
As part of this initiative, Ajinkya Naik, President of the Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA), and Vijay Singhal, Managing Director of CIDCO, engaged in detailed discussions to chart the roadmap for this landmark infrastructure project.
