Bhopal, July 19 -- A special cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Mohan Yadav will be held today at Jagdishpur, a Bhopal town formerly known as Islamnagar. The draft of the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) bill is expected to be approved during the cabinet meeting.

Once cleared, the proposed draft for the UCC bill is expected to be introduced in the state assembly during the Monsoon Session, which would begin on July 20.

Necessary arrangements for the special cabinet meeting have been completed at the venue.
