Kolkata, May 23 -- Trinamool Congress MLA Kunal Ghosh on Saturday questioned West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari's recent order of handing over any Bangladeshi immigrants caught by the police directly to Border Security Force (BSF) without presenting them in courts.

Speaking to ANI, Ghosh stated that according to the law, if any person is detained by the police, they should first be presented in the court, following which special car is provisioned to take them to the BSF camp. He added that such legal process cannot be changed verbally.
