KT Rama Rao accuses Congress Govt of failing to deliver Rs 30,000 crore Rythu Bharosa scheme
Hyderabad, June 30 -- Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) Working President KT Rama Rao on Tuesday accused the Congress government in Telangana of failing to fulfil its promises to farmers, alleging that it had withheld thousands of crores of rupees under the Rythu Bharosa scheme and failed to implement key agricultural commitments made before the Assembly elections.
In a post on X, KTR alleged that the government had denied farmers financial assistance and accused it of organising public events instead of addressing farmers' concerns.
