New Delhi, Aug. 6 -- Congress President and Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha, Mallikarjun Kharge, on Thursday hit out at the Government accusing Home Minister Amit Shah of not being ready to give a statement on the police action against student protestors on July 20.
