Kochi, Nov. 4 -- Kerala High Court Division Bench has quashed the state government order dissolving the board of directors of the Milma Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers' Union.

The Division Bench issued the order after observing that the dissolution of the Thiruvananthapuram Union was illegal.

The court directed that the dissolved Board of Directors be reinstated immediately.

The court invalidated the order issued by the Director of the Dairy Development Department, which had dissolved the board of directors and appointed an administrative committee.
