Srinagar, Aug. 6 -- As Jammu and Kashmir marks the anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370, Kashmiri youth and peace activist Mussadiq has drawn a sharp contrast between the transformation witnessed in the Union Territory over the past few years and the situation in Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir (PoJK), where he alleged that residents continue to grapple with instability, inadequate infrastructure and limited opportunities.
