Bengaluru, June 4 -- Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Thursday unveiled a broad administrative roadmap, directing officials to adopt a "positive approach" and ensure time-bound delivery of governance priorities, while reiterating transparency, accountability and grassroots engagement across departments.
