Chikkaballapur, July 14 -- A 65-year-old woman has been arrested for allegedly performing black magic on the chair of the 1st Additional Senior Civil Judge and JMFC Court in Karnataka's Chikkaballapur, police said.

According to Chikkaballapur City Police, the accused, identified as Manjula, allegedly entered the court premises and performed black magic by sprinkling enchanted white mustard seeds on the judge's chair.

Police said the incident came to light after CCTV footage, recorded two days ago, allegedly captured the woman carrying out the act inside the courtroom. "CCTV footage captured the woman allegedly sprinkling enchanted white mustard seeds on the judge's chair two days ago," the official added.
