Mangaluru, Oct. 15 -- Karnataka Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Thursday said Kambala, Tulunadu Tableau will be part of Mysuru Dasara this year.

Speaking to the media at Mangaluru Airport on Thursday, Shivakumar said, "Kambala, a coastal region festival, and the Tulunadu tableau will be part of Mysuru Dasara this time...I had said Kambala will be taken to Mysuru. I know the history that during the Vijayanagara period buffaloes used to be brought during Dasara time. This is your festival, the state's festival."

He added, "We are celebrating our Nada Habba Dasara in Mysuru on behalf of the government. The programme will be held on October 21 on Vijayadashami and representatives from Tulunadu are also coming. Many new programmes have been ...
