Rudraprayag, April 30 -- Singer Kailash Kher visited the sacred Kedarnath Temple early Thursday morning, offering prayers and performing rituals as part of a spiritual visit to seek divine blessings.

Amid the serene, snow-clad Himalayan backdrop, the singer undertook special pooja rituals and prayed for peace and prosperity, according to an official statement.

His visit adds to a series of high-profile pilgrimages to the revered shrine this season.

During his stay at Kedarnath Dham, Kher interacted with security personnel deployed at the temple as well as pilgrimage priests (teerth purohits).
