Patna, Oct. 29 -- Newly elected Janata Dal (United) Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) Neeraj Kumar on Thursday called on the party's national working President Sanjay Jha and Bihar State president Umesh Kushwaha in the state capital, following his recent triumph.
