Doda, Aug. 3 -- A controversy has erupted at Government Medical College (GMC) Doda after Doda MLA Mehraj Malik alleged an examination paper leak and sought an immediate inquiry, while the college administration categorically denied the allegations.

In a letter addressed to the Principal of GMC Doda, Malik said he had received information from reliable sources regarding an alleged paper leak that reportedly took place on August 2.

The MLA requested the preservation of CCTV footage recorded between 5 pm and 9 pm, covering the area from the main gate to the academic section through the Principal's office lobby, to ensure that no evidence is deleted or tampered with.
