Indian auto suppliers working on magnetless, copper-aluminium solutions amid supply challenges: Spark Minda
New Delhi, Sept. 2 -- Indian automotive suppliers are working on magnetless technologies and alternatives to copper as the industry looks to reduce the impact of shortages and rising raw material prices, a senior Spark Minda executive said on Wednesday.
Speaking to ANI on the sidelines of the 66th Annual Session of the Automotive Component Manufacturers Association of India (ACMA), Suresh D, GCTO and CEO of Spark Minda Technical Centre, Minda Corporation Ltd, said the industry is looking at technology-led alternatives to address supply-chain challenges.
