New Delhi, April 22 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Wednesday paid tribute to the victims of the Pahalgam terror attack, asserting that India's response to terrorism remains "firm, decisive and unwavering" as the nation marked one year since the deadly incident in which 26 tourists were killed in Jammu and Kashmir.
