New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- India's economic growth is expected to remain strong at 7.5 per cent in 2026 before moderating to 7.1 per cent in 2027 and 6.8 per cent in 2028, according to Allianz Research's latest Economic Outlook 2026-28 report.

The report showed India remaining one of the fastest-growing major economies even as global growth is expected to remain subdued over the next few years.

According to the report's growth forecast table, India's GDP growth is estimated at 7.5 per cent in 2026, unchanged from 2025, before easing to 7.1 per cent in 2027 and further in 2028 to 6.8 per cent.
