New Delhi, Aug. 15 -- India's engineering services exports surged nearly eightfold over the past decade to USD 13.77 billion in 2024-25 from USD 1.77 billion in 2014-15, highlighting the growing contribution of the sector to the country's professional services trade, according to a NITI Aayog report.

The report, India's Services Sector: Insights on Regulatory Regime in Professional Services, citing Reserve Bank of India data on invisibles, said engineering services exports recorded a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 22.8 per cent during the ten-year period.
