Sriharikota, Sept. 6 -- IN-SPACe Chairman Pawan K Goenka on Sunday said that the role of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) is "by no means diminishing" and will continue to remain the "bedrock of Indian space sector", amid what he described as a "misleading narrative" in the media regarding the future role of the space agency.

In a post on X, Goenka said, "There has been some misleading narrative in the media around the future role of ISRO. Let me say it unequivocally: ISRO's role is by no means diminishing. It will remain the bedrock of Indian space sector."
