Shimla, July 16 -- The Himachal Pradesh High Court has directed the production of the original trust deed of the Himalayan Brahmo Samaj Shimla (Trust) in connection with an ongoing investigation into two FIRs, while hearing a batch of connected matters on Thursday.

A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice GS Sandhawalia and Justice Bipin C Negi passed the direction while hearing Sheetal Vyas vs State of Himachal Pradesh & Others along with the connected criminal writ petition.

The Bench took on record status reports filed by the Station House Officer (SHO), Police Station West, Shimla, stating that investigations into the FIR of 2024 and of 2024 are still in progress.
