Hindustan Copper Q1 net profit jumps 162% to Rs 352 crore as revenue rises 81%
New Delhi, Aug. 10 -- State-owned Hindustan Copper Limited's consolidated net profit surged 162.5 per cent year-on-year to Rs 352.37 crore in the April-June quarter of the financial year 2026-27, driven by strong growth in revenue, according to the company's stock exchange filing on Monday.
The copper producer had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 134.25 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.
Revenue from operations increased 81.4 per cent to Rs 936.50 crore during the quarter under review, compared with Rs 516.37 crore in the year-ago period. Total income similarly rose to Rs 953.60 crore from Rs 526.65 crore.
