Shimla, Aug. 27 -- The Himachal Pradesh Government on Thursday has revised the reimbursement norms under its flagship HIMCARE health insurance scheme, restricting claims by government healthcare institutions to the actual expenditure incurred or the prescribed package rate, whichever is lower.

According to an official notification issued on Thursday by Secretary (Health) Ashish Singhmar, the revised norms will apply to all government hospitals, medical colleges and dental colleges across the state.
