Bharmaur, July 23 -- Bharmaur MLA Janak Raj on Thursday lauded the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for rescuing a seven-month-old infant on oxygen support after the child and family were stranded due to road blockages caused by heavy rains and landslides on National Highway (NH) 154-A.

Speaking about the incident, Raj said NHAI personnel displayed exceptional courage and humanitarian commitment despite continuous rainfall and hazardous conditions while working to restore road connectivity in the Bharmaur region.
