New Delhi, Aug. 21 -- Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said the state government is continuously working to improve civic amenities and address public grievances in Gurugram.

"Civic systems have improved over time, with visible positive changes in several areas that previously faced persistent problems," he said.

The Chief Minister acknowledged that exceptionally heavy rainfall can put sudden pressure on urban infrastructure and lead to waterlogging. However, improvements undertaken in recent years are now producing visible results, he added.
