Surat, May 1 -- Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel allocated Rs 7.50 crore for development works in Surat city and district during the state-level celebration of Gujarat Gaurav Diwas-2026 held at Dumas Sea Face on Friday, according to a press release.

The grand cultural programme titled "Gauravvanti Gujarat, Virasat thi Vikas" was organised under the chairmanship of Governor Acharya Devvrat and attended by Deputy Chief Minister Harsh Sanghavi along with other dignitaries.
