Washington DC, Feb. 20 -- Actor Eric Dane, who is best known for his role as Dr Mark Sloan on 'Grey's Anatomy' and Cal Jacobs on 'Euphoria' passed away at the age of 53 on February 19, confirmed by his family, reported People.

Dane was diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, known as Lou Gehrig's disease, in 2025.
