Greater Noida, Oct. 30 -- In a tragic early morning accident, a 40-year-old man and his 11-year-old son died after falling from the balcony of their 23rd-floor apartment at Mahagun Mywoods Society in Greater Noida's Bisrakh area on Friday.

The deceased were identified as Randeep Patra and his son Aarav, residents of Tower 23. The incident occurred hours before the family was scheduled to embark on a trip to the Khatu Shyam Temple.

According to Central Noida Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Praveen Ranjan Singh, the police control room received an emergency alert via the 112 response system at approximately 4:20 AM.
