New Delhi, Sept. 9 -- Congress leader Pawan Khera on Wednesday alleged that police registered n FIR against "unknown" persons over the alleged "purification" of the city's Ramlila Maidan following a rally last month by Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge under pressure.
