New Delhi, March 11 -- The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday said it has attached immovable properties valued at Rs 313.12 crore as part of its ongoing investigation into Ansal Properties and Infrastructure Ltd (APIL) and its promoters for their involvement in criminal activities, including financial misappropriation and fraudulent diversion of funds collected from homebuyers.

The attached properties consist of residential land parcels spanning 9.08 hectares, located in Uttar Pradesh's Agra. These properties are held in the name of the associated companies of APIL. ED's Lucknow zonal office attached these properties under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002.
