Mumbai, Oct. 13 -- Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Tuesday informed that the Election Commission has extended the deadline to file claims and objections to the draft electoral roll until October 26, 2026, under the special summary revision programme.

In a post on X, Fadnavis shared the revised schedule for the electoral roll revision process and urged eligible voters to verify their details and submit applications or objections, wherever necessary, within the extended deadline.
