Moscow, Aug. 24 -- External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar on Monday met with Russian President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin in Moscow as part of his two-day official visit to the country at the invitation of First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov.

Jaishankar is on an official visit from August 23 to August 24.

As per the release from the Ministry of External Affairs, the EAM will co-chair the 27th Session of the India-Russia Inter-Governmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Cooperation (IRIGC-TEC).
