Baku, Oct. 23 -- External Affairs Minister (EAM) S Jaishankar held a meeting with his Azerbaijani counterpart, Jeyhun Bayramov, on Friday, with discussions held on bilateral ties, encompassing political dialogue, commerce, investment, energy, transport, tourism, education, science and cultural cooperation.
