New Delhi, Aug. 3 -- Realty firm DLF reported a resilient financial performance for the first quarter of FY27, with consolidated net profit rising 4 per cent year-on-year to Rs 794 crore, supported by strong operating cash flows and a strengthened balance sheet.

The real estate major said its consolidated revenue stood at Rs 1,605 crore during Q1FY27, while EBITDA was at Rs 476 crore and gross margins stood at 51 per cent. The company generated operating cash flow of Rs 1,317 crore during the quarter.
