New Delhi, July 18 -- Delhi Police has denied allegations of custodial death after the family of a man accused police personnel of committing assault.

According to the Police, three persons, including the deceased's brother, were found in an intoxicated state in the Mehrauli area on July 14.

Police said only the deceased's brother and another individual were taken to the police station for questioning, while the deceased was not taken into police custody or brought to the police station.

Police further said that the deceased was suffering from tuberculosis.
