Delhi Police file 973-page chargesheet in IRS officer's daughter's rape, murder case
New Delhi, July 17 -- Delhi Police has filed a 973-page chargesheet in the rape, murder and robbery case of a young UPSC aspirant in Amar Colony, with investigators relying on CCTV footage, DNA profiling, fingerprint examination and other forensic evidence to establish the involvement of the accused.
According to Delhi Police, the incident took place on April 22, at Kailash Hills in East of Kailash under the jurisdiction of Amar Colony police station. The victim, the daughter of an Indian Revenue Service (IRS) officer and a UPSC aspirant, was allegedly sexually assaulted, murdered and robbed inside her residence.
