Delhi HC directs removal of social media posts accusing sitting Judge in Saket collapse case
New Delhi, June 8 -- The Delhi High Court on Monday directed the removal of certain videos and online content posted by Dr. Kapil Kakar, which allegedly made serious allegations against a sitting judge of the Court in connection with the recent building collapse at Saidulajab near Saket Metro Station.
The direction came while the Court was hearing a criminal contempt petition filed by the Delhi High Court Bar Association (DHCBA) against Dr. Kakar over a series of videos and social media posts relating to the May 30 building collapse in which six persons lost their lives.
