New Delhi, Sept. 29 -- Delhi's Tis Hazari Court has taken cognizance of the charge sheet filed in a case related to gang rape with a minor in a moving bus. The victim had boarded the bus from Greater Noida and she was abondoned near ISBT Kashmiri Gate.

An FIR was registered at Police Station Kashmir Gate (Metro). The victim had approached the police to register the FIR.

The charge sheet has been filed under Section 6 of POCSO and BNS against the driver and conductor of the bus, namely Kuldeep and Sandeep. It is alleged that they gang-raped the minor who boarded the bus while en route to Delhi from Mainpuri.

The charge sheet is around 400 pages and contains statements of 50 Prosecution witnesses and also a forensic report. Special Judge...
