Bishkek, April 28 -- Defence Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday held a high-level meeting with his Chinese counterpart, Admiral Dong Jun, on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Defence Ministers' gathering in Bishkek.

The interaction in the Kyrgyz capital comes as part of a series of strategic engagements Singh is conducting with regional leaders to discuss security and stability. During his visit to Kyrgyzstan, the Defence Minister was also seen interacting with the Russian Defence Minister, Andrei Belousov.
