Jammu, March 8 -- Union Minister of State (Independent Charge) for Science & Technology, Earth Sciences, and MoS PMO, Personnel, Public Grievances, Pensions, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr Jitendra Singh has said that Jammu and Kashmir is currently witnessing an aspirational surge and renewed confidence among youth, with the democratisation of opportunities and accessibility of avenues under the Modi regime.
