Los Angeles, Feb. 26 -- 'Back to the Future' actor Crispin Glover has been sued by a former girlfriend, who has accused him of battery, fraud and emotional distress. The actor has denied the claims and called them "baseless allegations," according to PEOPLE.

According to a complaint obtained by PEOPLE, the 61-year-old actor is facing several civil charges, including battery, fraud, wrongful eviction, malicious prosecution and intentional infliction of emotional distress. The lawsuit also includes alleged violations of California's civil rights law, the Bane Act.
