New Delhi, June 9 -- South African High Commissioner to India Anil Sooklal on Tuesday expressed confidence that the upcoming BRICS Summit under India's chairship will deliver substantive outcomes while praising New Delhi for maintaining momentum in the grouping's engagements despite a challenging global geopolitical environment.
