Shimla, July 1 -- Welcoming the reduction in commercial LPG cylinder prices, Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta on Wednesday said the benefits of such government decisions should ultimately reach the common people, expressing hope that every citizen receives economic relief.

From July 1, oil marketing companies have reduced the price of the 19-kg commercial LPG cylinder by Rs.174 to Rs.183.50, providing significant relief to commercial consumers, including hotels, restaurants, dhabas and other business establishments. However, there has been no change in the prices of domestic LPG cylinders.
