Coimbatore girl murder: Mother demands CM Vijay's assurance before accepting 10 year old's body
Coimbatore, May 23 -- The body of a 10-year-old girl, who was allegedly abducted and murdered in Coimbatore's Sulur area, was handed over to the family after post-mortem examination at the ESI Hospital mortuary on Saturday.
Expressing anger over the incident, the victim's mother demanded a response from the state leadership before receiving the body.
Speaking to ANI, she said, "We will not take the body after post mortem from the mortuary untill we get any statement from the CM Joseph Vijay. We voted for change. Now he is not even giving a statement or assurance. This shows that there will be no change from the government also."
