Chitrakoot, Aug. 30 -- Chitrakoot District Magistrate Pulkit Garg has issued an important traffic advisory after the approach road to the bridge on the Karvi-Bedi Puliya route suffered partial damage due to rising water levels of the Maa Mandakini River.

In a post on X, the DM wrote" Due to the rising water levels of the Maa Mandakini River on August 29, 2026, soil settlement caused damage to some sections of the approach road to the bridge constructed in Karvi, which connects the Karvi-Bedi Puliya route has suffered partial damage to some sections as a result of soil settlement."
