New Delhi, March 6 -- The Union Ministry of Law and Justice has issued a notification transferring Justice Lisa Gill from the Punjab and Haryana High Court to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.

Union Minister Arjun Ram Meghwal shared the information through his official social media account. He stated that, in exercise of the powers granted under the Constitution, the President of India, after consultation with the Chief Justice of India, has approved the transfer of Justice Lisa Gill to the Andhra Pradesh High Court. He also conveyed his best wishes to her.
