New Delhi, March 2 -- Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney on Monday announced that Canada and India are moving towards finalising a Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA) by the end of this year, setting an ambitious target to double bilateral trade by the end of the decade.
