New Delhi, Sept. 12 -- The BRICS Delhi Declaration has backed comprehensive reform of the United Nations, including the UN Security Council, calling for greater representation of developing countries and stressing that the reform should lead to an "amplified voice of the Global South".

The declaration, adopted on the landmark occasion of the 20th anniversary of BRICS, reaffirmed the grouping's commitment to reforming and improving global governance and strengthening multilateralism and multipolarity.
