Sao Paulo, June 5 -- Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva sharply criticised the latest tariff measures imposed by the United States, calling them unacceptable and accusing US Secretary of State Marco Rubio of maintaining a hostile stance toward Latin America.
