London, July 26 -- The Baloch National Movement (BNM) Department of Capacity Building organised a training session on "Effective Policy Making and Its Impact on Political Parties," with BNM Chairman Dr Naseem Baloch delivering a detailed presentation on the subject, according to a post shared by the organisation on X.
